About The Event

Anishinaabe Storytellers Richard Morrison and Mary Moose will share winter legends in the language and in English at the rustic Maplelag resort. Grab a mug of hot cocoa, coffee, or tea and gather in the warm, cozy library at Maplelag to listen to traditional Ojibwe winter stories. Richard is a first language speaker from Nigigoonsiminikaaning First Nation. Mary is a first language speaker from Ontario (near Hudson Bay).
